Taiyenjam Inaocha Devi is a successful entrepreneur from Imphal Ghari Awang Leikai, who started his bakery business in 2020. Her bakery has now turnover of more than Rs 13 lacs in annual sales and provides employment for more than 50 people who help her run this business successfully serving customers with everything from baking items to dropshipping.The baking house produces a wide range of baked goods such as cakes, Sandwiches, Burgers, Donuts, Muffins, Khajur, Nimki, Inaocha's Special Bread, Hotdogs, Kingbons, and beverages items. Inaocha Bakery is specially known for its various cakes and Bread.

She is now living a decent life and looks forward to helping out other youngsters who want to get into this industry. Providing a means of livelihood and living together prosperously has been her dream for a long time. So she started Bakery training in various locations which in turn will boost our economy when these young entrepreneurs become successful as Inaocha. She had given more than 30 training sessions in different seminars and also now became a Trainer of the Shestrong Association. In continuation, going together with the Association, Thokchom Inaocha was able to learn new things, gain more knowledge and trained more than 50 young entrepreneurs in this short time.

However, The association arranged the seminar by bringing together both the learner and trainer after surveys and advertisements were done. It is now, so blissful and mesmerizing that with the support of the Shestrong Association, 5 entrepreneurs from Bishnupur district alone had started running their own bakery business and earned a lot of money after two parties had worked together.

Anamika Thokchom is the Founder of Ana Bakes, Ningthoukhong.

Anamika views business as a medium - a solution-providing agency that consciously works for people, not exploitatively against them. Building bakeries has become her means to creating access to opportunity, namely financial independence and social empowerment, for women globally.

Anamika Thokchom knew early on in life that she wanted to be involved in the food industry. Following graduation from the LMS Law College, Chingmeirong, Imphal. Anamika recently began running the Ana Bakes, Ningthoukhong,Anamika has innovatively fused her educational background in communication with her unwavering commitment to bring access to opportunity – for all. Catapulting the launch of Training Program with Shestrong Association. Anamika bound her continued motivation to social enterprise through the simple mantra of, “we can, therefore we must.”

With a background in business creation and administration, technical training, and strategic communication, Anamika leads Shestrong Association’s bakery training team with competence and zeal. Anamika urged the idea of a Bakery training program for 10 to 20 days to be organized by Shestrong Association Ningthoukhong which she was looking for a long time back. Anamika is a strong advocate for all Shestrong Association’s team-members and staff, ensuring that the work-place at Shestrong is one that is equitable, thriving, and supportive.

As the Training Program was very effective, Anamika started her venture by opening a bakery shop, she also makes and sells cake from home as well. Now she hires 2 staff working together in the bakery.

Anamika enjoys summers with her family on Leimatak Hill, Loktak Lake, Keibul Lamjao and enjoying heavy Ice Cream.
